A photo I took in High school, a long time ago. About 200 of us were on a train to Mexico and my closest friends, we all had the same thongs. When I saw the textured floor, I got my mates together for a couple shots. This one won me a scholarship towards Uni.

The day Laguna burned. So sad. So many lost their homes. Mine was spared. The emotions that were experienced at the time I took this photo were unlike any I have ever experienced. The fire was raging closer and the planes were flying overhead. The water pressure was next to nothing. All the while my husband stayed so calm. October '93
